| WE DID IT!! We Are Sitting Pretty in Lake Placid! |

Sitting Pretty in Lake Placid offered
local businesses and residents the opportunity to sponsor park benches positioned
along Interlake Boulevard, Main Avenue, in or near local parks and other places of
interest. Funds raised from the event were used to retire debt and fund other
community projects. Each bench sold for $1,000, and included a permanent commemorative plaque inscribed as directed by the bench sponsor. |

| "Sitting Pretty" was the brainchild
of Allstar Car Sales owner, Debbie Graves, who served as the event's Chairperson. Proceeds
from the fund raiser were used to retire our mortgage debt, and fund other community
projects. Committee members working with Graves on the event included Cheryl Brantley-Davis, Brantley Properties; James Colley, Colley Financial Services; Pamela Karlson, P.A.; Harold Lindau, Lake Placid Foliage; Debbie Malloy-Thorpe, C. S. Edwards Realty; Kim Miller, Happiness Farms; Margaret Morris, Glades Electric Cooperative; David Ottati, Florida Hospital Lake Placid; Harold Owen; Carolyn Phypers, Happiness Farms; Gene Polk, Heartland National Bank; and Vicki J. Spires, Highlands Independent Bank. |
